• Key responsibilities include leading divisional strategy, organizational structure planning, and directing the integration of operating sections on multi-branch initiatives requiring shared priorities and coordinated execution.
• The Senior Director will balance strategic leadership with hands-on executive problem solving, operating with delegated authority to bring clarity and alignment across a large, decentralized, and highly visible service delivery organization.
