  • As a member of the leadership team for Engineering and R&D (ERD) Global Business Line in Japan, you will oversee domestic delivery activities, driving business growth, customer success, and organizational capability development.
  • This role is responsible for the E2E delivery success of all assigned portfolios, programs, and services, ensuring performance, reliability, and profitability through rigorous financial management, risk mitigation, and quality assurance.
  • You will lead the development of the delivery management organization, drive Delivery Excellence, Industrialization, and Localization, and foster a collaborative, high-performance delivery culture.
