Job Summary

  • Under close supervision, the Branch Operations Support I intercepts, documents, troubleshoots, resolves, and communicates issues via phone and ticket system.
  • This role provides operational support for all internal employees and external customers, managing the resolution of general internal Motion inquiries and connecting external customers with their local branch.
  • The position requires assisting with system design, testing, and implementation, working with IT Departments to enhance current and future Motion Systems, and supporting management system updates.
