Job Summary
Under close supervision, the Branch Operations Support I intercepts, documents, troubleshoots, resolves, and communicates issues via phone and ticket system.
This role provides operational support for all internal employees and external customers, managing the resolution of general internal Motion inquiries and connecting external customers with their local branch.
The position requires assisting with system design, testing, and implementation, working with IT Departments to enhance current and future Motion Systems, and supporting management system updates.
