Job Summary

  • Manage customer's service expectations and provide analysis of key performance metrics, recommending and negotiating transportation solutions to meet customer network needs.
  • Develop positive and solid relationships with assigned customer personnel, participating in daily planning and operational functions to ensure alignment between Swift and the assigned customer account.
