Job Summary
This position serves as a key link between business users, Operations Technology, Information Systems, and IT service delivery teams for the US Motion Drives Divisions Site.
The role is responsible for the design, installation, maintenance, and assurance of delivery for IT-related hardware, software, and conference room services across multiple factory and office locations.
Candidates must possess deep low-level design understanding of WAN/LAN topologies and have strong working knowledge of ITIL practices to coordinate with managed service providers.
