Job Summary
This role will define and operationalize the standards, capabilities, and measurement frameworks that elevate Medical Affairs execution, accelerate launch excellence, and advance healthcare delivery across markets.
Lead the TA/Brand Field Medical Leaders Forum to align on strategy, capabilities, and execution excellence; drive consistency and continuous improvement across geographies.
Implement field diagnostics and AI-enabled coaching/in‑call evaluation to enhance scientific exchange quality and adherence to standards; ensure robust change management and compliance controls.
