Job Summary

  • This role is four days onsite at our Seneca One Buffalo, NY location, with the flexibility to work from home one day per week.
  • As the team supervisor you will be tasked with managing the workload and assignments of your team, setting objectives, holding frequent one-on-ones, conduct team meetings, and reviewing key results of your team members and providing feedback and guidance for your team.
  • Responsible for the job growth and career development of assigned staff members by providing training plans, guidance and sharing knowledge.
