Employees must ensure resident safety by frequently checking those unable to call for help and promptly reporting any accidents or changes in condition.
The role requires maintaining strict confidentiality of all resident care information while assisting with personal hygiene, mobility, and medical preparation tasks.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Assist residents with daily living activities
Monitor and report changes in resident condition
Maintain confidentiality of protected health information
Perform lifting and moving of residents up to 25 pounds
Complete accurate documentation of care and incidents

Key Requirements
High school education or equivalent required
