The position requires managing the full project lifecycle from site evaluation and regulatory approvals to economic modeling and capital cost estimation.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
8+ years in thermal project development
Utility-scale project development experience
Natural gas or fuel oil technology knowledge
Site acquisition and permitting management
Economic model and financial evaluation skills
Nice-to-have
Strong network within data center industry
Experience with hyper-scaler relationships
Proficiency in Oracle or ERP systems
Ability to manage sleeved transactions
Willingness to participate in community development
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
Valid driver's license required

Up to 25% travel to project sites required
