3M is seeking a Lab Specialist for its R&D Hub in Manaus, Brazil, to implement analytical testing methodologies and support projects focused on circular economy and renewable materials. The ideal candidate should have a degree in chemistry or related fields, hands-on experience with analytical instruments, and intermediate to advanced English proficiency
Job Summary
As a laboratory specialist, you will play a key role in applying analytical testing knowledge in the Corporate R&D Operations division, allocated to the R&D Hub at the Manaus plant.
In this position, you will be responsible for implementing the analytical testing laboratory at the Manaus plant, executing diverse analytical tests, developing new methodologies, and issuing robust reports, contributing directly to multiple projects focused mainly on circular economy and renewable materials.
We are looking for professionals from the North region of Brazil, preferably already residing in the Manaus region, as the position is for in-person work at the Manaus site.
