Job Summary

• Responsible for supporting the Director of Operations and assisting in all aspects of the Maintenance CMMS program, including converting maintenance requests to work orders and creating preventive maintenance plans.
• Support compliance with OSHA regulations and safety policies, and assist with the compliance for emergency generators, fire suppression systems, and other life safety systems.
• Conduct frequent facility inspections, identifying potential safety hazards, noting deficiencies, and supervising necessary action plans for remediation.
