Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 10 to 15 years refinery experience
  • 5+ years LP model building
  • 3+ years process optimization support
  • Bachelor's or higher in engineering
  • AVEVA Spiral and ROMeo configuration

Nice-to-have

  • Fluent in Chinese spoken
  • Prior AVEVA USC software experience
  • Understanding of refining economics
  • Experience with plant data systems
  • Strong commercial awareness

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in chemical or industrial engineering
  • 10-15+ years in refinery, petrochemical, or chemical projects
  • 5+ years hands-on experience with AspenTech PIMS or equivalent
  • 3+ years supporting APC/RTO concepts and deployment
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
