Job Summary
The Credit Portfolio Senior Associate plays a meaningful role in supporting HarbourVest’s Private Credit team across capital raising, portfolio management, and operational execution.
You will collaborate closely with internal teams, including Credit deal teams, the Credit Distribution Team, Quantitative Investment Science (QIS), Technology, Solutions, and Accounting, and coordinate with external partners such as fund administrators and valuation service providers.
This position offers broad exposure to portfolio analysis, data management, marketing and fundraising activities, fund modeling, and the overall investment process.

Salary
Base: $94,000.00 - $150,000.00; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for discretionary annual bonus; Benefits: Comprehensive total rewards package including retirement, health, insurance, PTO, wellness

5-8 Years in portfolio analytics or data management
