PATH is seeking an Infectious Disease Surveillance Advisor for its STRIDES project in Cambodia, aimed at enhancing infectious disease detection and surveillance systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in epidemiology and significant experience in managing surveillance projects

Job Summary

  • The position will be based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
  • Support the development, coordination, and implementation of surveillance activities including epidemiological surveillance, laboratory surveillance of zoonotic, epidemic- and pandemic-prone diseases, as well as outbreak investigation.
  • Serve as a technical expert on animal and human disease surveillance aligning with Joint External Evaluation results, International Health Regulations, and other global guidelines.

  • English proficiency required
