Job Summary

  • The overall objective of this role is to foster customer relationships to generate loyalty and help increase sales to individual consumer clients.
  • Attract and retain new customers, and sell financial products.
  • Evaluate risk appropriately when taking business decisions, showing particular regard to the company’s reputation, protecting Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and practices and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
