Lead, direct, and control transformation projects at the Palmira factory, ensuring resource optimization and achievement of business objectives and ambitions.
Connect the transformation of operations across Production, UMS, SHE, and Q, leading idea generation for Palmira factory growth and aligning with regional continuous improvement and digital plans.
Support the site leader in coordinating and tracking KPIs and projects for the 4 BUs, providing methodological support for achieving proposed KPIs/OKRs.
