  • The Deputy Executive Director enables the Executive Director to focus on fundraising, political relationships, media, and long-term strategy by managing internal systems, staff workflow, and organizational processes.
  • This role ensures the Party’s day-to-day operations run smoothly, supports staff and department heads, and keeps cross-departmental work on track.
