Must-have
5+ years SDET or Backend Developer experience
2-3+ years building testing frameworks for Cloud SaaS
Strong debugging skills for race conditions and bottlenecks
Experience with large distributed systems at scale
Proficiency in Golang, Python, Kubernetes, Cassandra, Redis, Kafka, Elastic Search
Nice-to-have
Prior experience with low-latency internet services
Experience building cloud-connected endpoint software
Solid grounding in AWS, Azure, or GCP
Exposure to cybersecurity and intelligence domains
Sense of humor and humility
