Design, prototype, implement, test, and deploy various technical solutions including business rules, client scripts, UI pages/actions/policies, and ServiceNow APIs.
Responsible for reviewing requirements, writing technical documentation, and mentoring the service management team.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT or relevant work experience
