Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or military experience

  • At least 7 years people management experience
  • Experience with SAR reporting and BSA compliance
  • Professional certifications such as CAMS, CFE, CFCI, CFCS, or CRCM
  • Experience in large financial institutions or FinTech
  • Director level or above management experience
