The role involves assisting residents with daily functions, monitoring vital signs, maintaining confidentiality, and cooperating with inter-departmental personnel to ensure adequate nursing services.
Employees are expected to create and maintain an atmosphere of warmth and calm throughout the unit, respond promptly to resident calls, and report any changes or incidents to nursing supervisors.
