Job Summary

  • You ensure transparency, control, and efficiency throughout our project execution by playing a key role in the financial and operational progress of our projects.
  • As a Junior WBS Administrator, you are taking ownership of the administrative aspects of our projects within the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), working closely with project managers, job owners, procurement and the FP&A team.
  • You will collaborate with project planners to define the WBS structure, assign financial postings to the correct WBS elements, and use SAP PS to analyse project results.
