Vanderlande UK is seeking a Senior/Group Lead for Cost Controlling to lead their global team, focusing on managing and improving the company's cost structures across various domains. Job Summary

  • As Sr/Group Lead Cost Controlling, you lead the global Cost Controlling team and play a key role in enabling the business to effectively manage and continuously improve Vanderlande’s global cost base and Service (“SUS”) contracts.
  • You will lead, coach and develop a global team of approximately 10 direct reports across three regions, driving the planning and performance cycle and designing the standardization, automation and change roadmap.
  • This position offers a competitive salary range of € 6535 to € 8870 gross per month, along with 40 vacation days, flexible working hours, and a hybrid workplace.

Key Requirements

  • Proactive and autonomous working style
