Job Summary
Serve as the primary financial advisor to China CEO, Board of Directors, and senior management on all financial matters, participating in strategic planning and operational activities.
Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with PRC GAAP and Group standards, overseeing internal controls and managing relationships with auditors and regulators.
Formulate and implement investment strategy aligned with liability profile and solvency requirements, managing the investment portfolio and ensuring compliance with NFRA regulations.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Actuarial
CPA, ACCA or equivalent qualification preferred
Proven strong experience in insurance environment
Good understanding of Chinese/US GAAP and IFRS, tax and regulatory requirements in China
Experience engaging with senior management and local regulatory authorities
