Job Summary

  • Own and evolve the technical training content used across Air bp, ensuring it is operationally robust, fit for purpose, and accessible to frontline teams globally.
  • Use data insights to identify knowledge gaps and training weaknesses across sites, regions, topics, or trainers.
  • Lead, coach, and support the global aviation training network, serving as owner of the Aviation training CADOPS system and Training Asset Platform.
