Ensure the quality and reliability of a mission-critical Salesforce-based solution for the US Department of Transportation.
Develop, document, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts (automated and manual as needed) to validate Salesforce-based system functionality, workflows, and integrations.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements, user stories, and system workflows to design effective test strategies.
