Base: $18.51 - $23.85 per hour; Bonus/Equity: Cash-based incentive program; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401(k) with matching, paid time off
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
assembly of component parts
use of manual and automatic machines
inspection for quality conformance
following manufacturing process instructions
working 2nd shift with shift differential
completing manufacturing documentation
Nice-to-have
ability to read blueprints
familiarity with microscopes and measuring devices
participation in process improvement activities
cross training and classroom instruction
working in a regulated industry environment
Key Requirements
High school graduate or equivalent
0-2 years related work experience
ability to read and follow detailed instructions
willingness to learn assembly operations
previous medical device assembly experience preferred
