Job Summary
This role serves as the primary point of contact for users, ensuring the smooth operation of S2P processes and contributing to information flow between Finance, Purchasing, and IT.
Key responsibilities include managing and resolving Level 1 S2P requests, triaging issues, and escalating complex cases with clear, structured information to Level 2 or 3 support teams.
The position offers an operational role at the heart of the S2P system, providing exposure to an international environment and an opportunity to develop expertise in Source-to-Pay and Coupa.
