The Software Architecture – Embedded Software Engineering Section Lead will own the strategy, design, delivery, and operational excellence of a team of engineers tasked with creating shared architectures, reusable code libraries, and driving reuse across projects.
Responsibilities include setting and executing performance targets, mentoring and developing staff, identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities, and coordinating cross-functional initiatives.
