Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • Minimum 5 years progressive accounting experience
  • Demonstrated supervisory or team leadership experience
  • CPA or CIA designation strongly preferred
  • Experience with SSAE 16/SOC1 or SOX
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Familiarity with Yardi or MRI
