Candidates will reconcile day-to-day settlement payments for Rates, Credit, Equity, and FX derivatives while liaising with front office and external contacts.
The position requires identifying control weaknesses and participating in strategic working groups to design the future middle office model.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's degree in finance or related field
1-3 years derivatives reconciliation experience
Strong understanding of OTC and exchange-traded derivatives
Proficiency in reconciliation tools like CTC or Calypso
Experience with Microsoft Office and advanced Excel
Nice-to-have
MBA qualification preferred
Experience with VBA, Macros, or advanced Excel formulas
Proactive approach to process improvement projects
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Key Requirements
Minimum 1-3 years experience in derivatives operations
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
Knowledge of Clareti Transaction Control (CTC) and TriResolve
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
