Job Summary
Perform skilled building maintenance and repairs, including carpentry, plumbing, painting, drywall work, flooring repairs, and door/window maintenance.
Support the Director of Operations in planning, coordinating, and executing facility-wide maintenance and capital improvement projects.
Assist with event setups, services, and strikes for arena, exhibit hall and banquet spaces, including temporary electrical and audio/visual support.
