Job Summary
This role leads the unit that continuously thinks of out of the box activities designed to keep employees motivated and enjoy work-life balance.
Drives compliance on employee discipline, policies and regulations and manages the Administrative Case Management Process for complex and high-level cases.
Partners with Department Leaders for skip level sessions, conducts employee 1 on 1 sessions, and works with Department Leaders in developing department-specific programs.
