  • Hands-on experience with hardware installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
  • Advanced knowledge of content and knowledge management systems
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Preferred certifications: Jira (JSM), CompTIA A+, Google IT Support, Intune, JAMF
