Key Requirements
Associate degree or vocational training in IT, or equivalent professional experience
Extensive experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom, and Jira JSM
Proficient with Windows and macOS environments
Strong understanding of networking fundamentals
Hands-on experience with hardware installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
Advanced knowledge of content and knowledge management systems
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Preferred certifications: Jira (JSM), CompTIA A+, Google IT Support, Intune, JAMF
