Job Summary
This role provides direct clinical patient care and will assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis.
The RN provides high-quality, safe, cost-effective, total nursing care to all patients and directs care according to established standards of safety, risk management, QI, and Infection Control.
Performs and fulfills all HICS responsibilities, assignments, tasks, and roles as directed and needed by the facility in times of emergency and/or disaster.
