  • Represent the Carl Zeiss SMS business in Taiwan and improve knowledge on application related issues for the MeRiT tool.
  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales support, technical support via phone, and prepare detailed technical presentations.
  • Track action items and open issues with customers for fast closure and provide weekly system reports to HQ.
