Job Summary

  • The Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing and evaluating learning and leadership development programs.
  • This role will focus on building and scaling programs, influencing the strategic direction of learning, consulting, facilitating, and leading and managing complex assignments to support L&D.
  • Additional responsibilities include project management, vendor management, content development and process improvements.
