Building automation systems monitoring
Vendor coordination and communication
Responding to alarms and escalations
Shift pass-down and digital logging
Use of WebCTRL and Corrigo systems
Rotating shift work including nights and weekends
Nice-to-have
Knowledge of fire life safety systems
Experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web tools
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to follow critical environment protocols
Key Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
1–2 years facilities operations or building automation experience
Familiarity with Corrigo and WebCTRL systems
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Comfortable working rotating shifts
