Job Summary

  • The Pfizer Payroll Associate is responsible for the timely and accurate execution of all payroll activities and operations for assigned payroll cycles and populations.
  • This role requires ensuring audit compliance including Sarbanes-Oxley and working closely with multiple teams such as People Experience, Legal, Finance, and vendors to maintain payroll system functionality.
  • The position is hybrid, requiring presence in the Costa Rica office 2-3 days per week or as needed, and is not a remote role.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources or related field or associate degree with 4 years experience
  • Experience in Payroll, Accounting, or Human Resources
  • Ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality
  • Work in Costa Rica office 2-3 days per week
  • Not a remote position
