Job Summary
The Pfizer Payroll Associate is responsible for the timely and accurate execution of all payroll activities and operations for assigned payroll cycles and populations.
This role requires ensuring audit compliance including Sarbanes-Oxley and working closely with multiple teams such as People Experience, Legal, Finance, and vendors to maintain payroll system functionality.
The position is hybrid, requiring presence in the Costa Rica office 2-3 days per week or as needed, and is not a remote role.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources or related field or associate degree with 4 years experience
