Job Summary

  • The Demand Manager is responsible for overseeing the demand process within the aerospace manufacturing sector at RTX's Wolverhampton facility.
  • This role involves creating and maintaining forecasts for LRU's and services by integrating commercial data, historical sales, and market trends.
  • Candidates will lead monthly Demand Consensus Meetings and coordinate with Operations, Finance, and Commercial teams to finalize forecasts for S&OP processes.

  • Experience with Kinaxis Rapid Response
  • Six Sigma knowledge in manufacturing
  • Strong communication and influencing skills

Key Requirements
