The Senior Structures Engineer will analyze repairs to ensure they meet original equipment manufacturing requirements while supporting customer safety and reliability objectives.
This role involves coordinating structural analysis requirements across multi-disciplinary teams to develop technical data that meets safety, quality, delivery, and cost standards.
Candidates must be prepared to work independently on structural analysis solutions using classical methods or detailed Finite Element Analysis when historical solutions are unavailable.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
8 to 12 years of engineering experience
Advanced degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering
Structural assessments of commercial engine components
Finite Element Analysis (FEA) proficiency
Knowledge of Integrated Product Development (IPD)
Nice-to-have
Proficient knowledge of ANSYS software
Experience with Pratt & Whitney lifing systems
Background in turbomachinery design
Programming skills in Python
Familiarity with Raytheon Technologies CORE Operating System
