Job Summary
The position supports community-scale synthesis research by contributing to NCEMS Working Groups focused on molecular and cellular sciences.
Selected candidates will process and analyze high-throughput datasets including transcriptomics, ChIP-seq, ATAC-seq, and Hi-C using reproducible pipelines.
Graduate Research Assistants are expected to work 20 hours per week in person at the Benkovic Building with substantial overlap with their mentor's schedule.
