Job Summary

• As a Logistics Team Lead at Caterpillar, you will assist the Section Manager in coordinating workflow, promoting cooperative team relationships, establishing daily priorities, etc., and you will also be performing various warehousing functions at the Athens, GA facility.
• In this role you may be expected to: Establish daily priorities, providing feedback to supervisory team on employee performance Perform and/or coordinate the employee training on work techniques and promote continuous improvement.
• Employees on Level 3 discipline action or in current role less than 6 months are not eligible for consideration.
