Job Summary
This role offers the opportunity to shape infection prevention practices across more than 200 ambulatory care sites within the Mass General Brigham system.
The position requires conducting routine clinic rounding, providing formal and informal training to staff, and ensuring adherence to all local, state, and federal regulations.
Candidates will enjoy a hybrid schedule with regular travel throughout Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Maine, supported by mileage reimbursement.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences or related field
Registered Nurse (RN) license strongly preferred
At least three years of clinical healthcare experience
CIC certification preferred or obtainable within 2 years
