The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must report all changes in resident condition, accidents, incidents, and suspected violations of protected health information to supervisors promptly.
The role requires assisting residents with daily functions such as bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility while ensuring safety and comfort.
