Job Summary
The Boutique Manager leads an energetic and passionate team of people dedicated to creating experiences with clients, responsible for all retail activities that contribute to the brand’s image and leadership in the market.
Achieve sales targets and KPIs through analysis and action planning, lead by example on the floor, actively selling and servicing clients, and grow CRM performance by building loyal and engaged client communities.
Oversee staffing, inventory, loss prevention, and counter operations, ensure compliance with brand, VM, grooming, and audit standards, and identify opportunities and provide insights to Area Retail Manager.
