Job Summary
The primary purpose of this job is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
Essential duties include assisting residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), meals, personal care needs, and ensuring their rooms are prepared and comfortable.
The role requires reporting all changes in residents' conditions, accidents, and incidents to the appropriate directors, and maintaining resident confidentiality.
