Key Requirements
Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification or Equivalent
4 years work experience in high volume environment (preferred)
Ability to deal with intoxicated guests safely
Must be able to pass a mixology drill (timed)
Experience with cash pull and check out procedures
