In this role, the APP will provide comprehensive primary care services to patients across the lifespan, delivering high quality, evidence-based care focused on health promotion, disease prevention, and the diagnosis and management of acute and chronic conditions.

Key Requirements
Nationally certified Advanced Practice Provider
Licensed as an RN in applicable state(s)
National certification as a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant/Clinical Nurse Specialist
Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association (AHA)
Master’s Degree required upon hire or within 3 years of hire
