The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must report all changes in resident condition, accidents, incidents, and suspected abuse to the Nurse Supervisor or Charge Nurse as soon as practical.
The role requires assisting residents with personal care needs such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility while maintaining a calm and warm environment.

Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant
Monitor vital signs and record data
Assist residents with daily hygiene tasks

Key Requirements
